Delivery Address Editing
Turn on Edit delivery address in the Product Subscriptions tab to let logged-in customers manage the shipping address on their subscriptions from the portal, without opening a support ticket.
Enable the setting
Go to Subscribfy → Settings → Customer Portal → Product Subscriptions tab and turn on Edit delivery address, then save.
Customers edit or add an address
In their portal, customers can now:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Edit Delivery Address | Update the details of the address currently on the subscription |
| Add New Delivery Address | Create a new address that applies to that subscription only |
The form collects first and last name, company (optional), street address, apartment/suite (optional), ZIP code, city, county/state, and phone (optional).
Changes sync back to the subscription
Saved addresses update the subscription contract, so the next order ships to the new destination.
Editing a shared address affects every subscription using it
If the same address is attached to more than one of the customer's subscriptions, editing it updates the delivery address for all of them. To change only one subscription, use Add New Delivery Address instead - the new address applies to that subscription only.
Country is locked
The country cannot be changed after an address is created, on both the storefront portal and the merchant admin. To ship to a different country, the customer should place a new order or contact support.
Editing an address from the admin
Merchants can manage the same addresses from Subscribfy → Subscriptions → open a contract. The Delivery Address block offers three actions:
| Button | Action |
|---|---|
| Edit | Change the current address details |
| Add | Create a new address for this contract |
| Switch | Reuse another address already saved for that customer |
A built-in location search (Google Maps) autofills the street, city, county, ZIP, and country as you type.
