Anniversary Reward
Reward customers on the anniversary of their first purchase

Introduction
Celebrate customer loyalty by rewarding them on the anniversary of their first purchase. This shows appreciation for long-term customers and encourages continued engagement.

Enabling Anniversary Reward
Create the Rule
Go to Subscribfy → Loyalty → Rewards Program tab → Create new rule → Anniversary Reward
Configure Basic Settings
| Setting | Description |

| Name | Display name (e.g., "Anniversary Bonus") |
| Reward Amount | Points to award (e.g., 150 points) |
| Reward Message | Message shown when reward is earned |
Configure Advanced Settings (Optional)
| Setting | Description |

| Customer tags | Include or exclude customers by their Shopify tags |
| Tier restriction | Limit which tiers can earn this reward |
Save
Click Save and make sure the rule status is ON.
How It Works
- The system tracks the date of each customer's first purchase
- On the anniversary of that date each year, points are awarded automatically
- Customers receive a notification about their anniversary reward
Tier Multipliers
Each tier has a points multiplier. The anniversary reward is multiplied by the customer's tier multiplier, so higher tier members get bigger bonuses.
Klaviyo Integration
If you have Klaviyo connected, Subscribfy sends a Subscribfy Anniversary Event when a customer receives their anniversary reward.
