Prerequisites
Before setting up referrals, ensure you have:
- Active Loyalty Program - Enable loyalty in Subscribfy settings
- Customer Accounts - Customers must be logged in to access referral links
Creating a Referral Rule
Navigate to Loyalty Rules
Go to Subscribfy → Loyalty → Rewards Program tab → Create new rule → Referral
Configure Referrer Reward

How It Works
- Customer logs into their account
- Accesses their unique referral link from the loyalty widget
- Shares link with friends (social media, email, etc.)
- Friend clicks link and makes a purchase
- Both customer and friend receive rewards
